Since opening its doors in 2010, the gym has maintained the same quality, atmosphere and commitment that built its reputation. Many members have been with us since day one, helping create a community unlike any other, where support, motivation and progress are at the heart of every fitness journey.

Over the years, Romford has evolved alongside our other locations while continuing to offer the same exceptional training experience. Members can enjoy a wide range of snacks, drinks and fitness supplements, along with free parking and 24 hour access.
