With an apprehension of creating a great gym and the main goal it being a friendly atmosphere, we can safely say we achieved everything we set out to. 

The diversity of the gym comes from all backgrounds including; students, sports teams, city workers and fitness fanatics, which gives the gym its relaxed atmosphere that we have created.

Everyone is here for the same reasons to feel fitter, to look better and to be healthy!

We ensure all of our equipment is repaired quickly for example if a cable frays or snaps we aim to repair it within 12 hours. If the upholstery rips, we aim to repair it within 72 hours. From experience we know this type service is not found anywhere else. We will always aim to keep the gym in it's best condition to ensure you have the best workout!
