Since opening its doors in 2013, Ab Salute Brentwood has continued to evolve with significant upgrades and improvements throughout the years.
Ab Salute Brentwood has recently undergone a full refurbishment, creating a fresh, modern training environment alongside the addition of extensive premium Gym80 equipment. The gym is open 24/7 and offers free parking, making it easy and convenient to fit training into any schedule. Our facilities also feature a studio, this is where we hold group classes.
We welcome you to come in for a tour with one of our friendly reception team members, who will be happy to show you around and answer any questions. Our reception area also offers a range of fitness focused snacks, drinks, and meals to help support your training and recovery.
