Due to popular demand and Braintree not having a facility, we have pulled out all the stops to cater for everyone to get the best possible results for your training. You can expect everything you would get in an Ab Salute Gym, only better! 

​

Think of anything fitness and we have it! Prowler Tracks to Plyo training and of course our extensive gym equipment. We have a full selection of supplements and accessories to optimise each workout and all the advice to motivate you on your way. You won't need to go anywhere else!

Whether you are a complete beginner to the gym or an Olympic Athlete (we have a few already) we are confident that when you become a member at Ab Salute Gym your goals and ambitions can be achieved here.

If you are a new member looking to sign up online you will need to download the RESAMANIA app to your phone to access your account. This will present you with a QR code to scan in when entering the gym.

Make payments, Update your details and see your account on the app.

You cannot cancel through the app. This must be done by email.
