This is the HQ accross the five gyms around Essex. Here you can expect everything you could get from an Ab Salute gym, only better!

Think of anything fitness we have it. From Prowler Tracks to Plyo training and of course our extensive amount of gym equipment over two floors of the gym. Not only that, relax and unwind after your session with a steam and sauna!

We have a full selection of food, supplements and accessories helping you to optimise each workout and have all of the advice to motivate you on your way. You won't need to go anywhere else!

​

There are a few differences here amongst our other gyms such as; a separate air conditioned cardio and weights area. Unlike a lot of town centre gyms, our gym offers a FREE carpark with easy access to the gym, once entering your car reg into the ipad at reception.
