How can we help?
How do I sign up?
Either come in to the gym to sign up or you can sign up online here. If you are 14+ you MUST sign up in the gym at reception.
how do I cancel my membership?
You need to email info@absalutegym.co.uk. We NEED written confirmation (we need 30 days notice)
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! You will need to email info@absalutegym.co.uk. Minimum of 1 month up to 6 months. No charge. We need 2 weeks notice.
Is there free parking?
We have free car parking in 7 of our gyms. At our Chelmsford and Bishop Stortford branches you will need to enter your reg into a tablet upon entry. Maldon doesn't have designated parking but there is free parking available around the high street!
What is the difference between your memberships?
Our standard membership offers you access during staffed hours (please check gym specific hours at bottom of page). Our 24/7 membership offers you all day access, whenever you would like to train!
How old do I have to be to join the gym?
Anyone aged 16 and over can sign up for our standard memberships.
Those aged 14 and over may also join, but an induction is mandatory and they cannot have 24/7 access. (Please note our St Albans branch is 16+)
Is there a joining fee?
There is no joining fee. If you are signing up to a contract you will have to pay a pro rata for the rest of that month.
How much is a day pass?
A day pass is £7.50. St Albans is £10.00. Come in any time and pay upon entry, no need to book, a member of staff will be on hand to help you!
Do I need an induction?
Inductions are not compulsory for 16+ individuals. If you are 14+ it is mandatory that you have an induction. If you would like one, then please ask and we can provide this for you.
if i join the gym do i have access to all?
Yes, if you join one of our gyms then you have access to all of our Essex-based gyms at no extra costs! St Albans is the only exception.
