How do I sign up?

Either come in to the gym to sign up or you can sign up online here

how do I cancel my membership?

You need to email info@absalutegym.co.uk. We NEED written confirmation (we need 30 days notice)

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! You will need to email info@absalutegym.co.uk. Minimum of 1 month up to 6 months. No charge. We need 2 weeks notice.

Is there free parking?

Yes! We have free car parking in all of our gyms. At our Chelmsford and Bishop Stortford branches you will need to enter your reg into a tablet on entering.

What is the difference between your memberships?

There is no difference between them. All our memberships are full access during our opening times.

How old do I have to be to join the gym?

You have to be 16 or over. If you are signing up to a contract membership, you will need parental consent if you are under 18.

Is there a joining fee?

There is no joining fee. If you are signing up to a contract you will have to pay a pro rata for the rest of that month.

How much is a day pass?

A day pass is £7.50. St Albans is £10.00. Come in any time and pay upon entry, no need to book, a member of staff will be on hand to help you!

Do I need an induction?

Inductions are not compulsory. If you would like one then please ask and we can provide this for you.

if i join the gym do i have access to all?

Yes, if you join one of our gyms then you have access to all of our gyms at no extra costs!
