*For out-of-hours access to our 24 hour gyms (Maldon, Romford, Lakeside, Brentwood, St Albans, Braintree & Chelmsford) it will be an additional £5.00 per month with the exception of our premium gym (St Albans) which will be an additional £10 per month, please speak to a member of staff in your gym to activate this. 

Our Essex-based gyms offer memberships for individuals aged 14 and over. Our St Albans location is restricted to those aged 16 and over.
