Welcome to our newest Ab Salute Gym in Bishop's Stortford. Our gym opened on the 17th September 2022. A lot of hard work went into this gym to ensure that we got the best gym equipment. Our gym is kitted out with Gym80 equipment and cardio.
We have an air conned upstairs cardio room so you can get the best out of your cardio sessions while staying cool.
Here we have eveything you need to reach your fitness goals with a wide selection of equipment.
Our parking is free but you MUST enter your car reg onto the Ipad at reception.

Make payments, Update your details and see your account on the app.
You cannot cancel through the app. This must be done by email.
